The role — Reservations & Communications Intern
Join Zoku’s frontline team and become the friendly, professional voice guests rely on. In this role you will handle reservations and guest communications across Zoku properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing reservations and responding to booking enquiries across channels.
  • Learning and using hospitality reservation systems and property tools.
  • Supporting online travel agency (OTA) channel management and availability updates.
  • Monitoring and responding to guest emails and inboxes with clear, timely communication.
  • Coordinating with reception and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.

This is a Full-time internship (~40h/week) starting February 2026 for a minimum of 6 months. Fluent English is required to succeed in the role; additional languages are a plus. You will get hands-on training with industry tools and real responsibility from day one.
