Coaching-based sales. You help customers and colleagues move forward.

What you get

A salary of € 16,68 - € 17,83 gross per hour. That means a monthly salary of € 2.891,- to € 3.091,- based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge and experience.
A salary increase every year, 8% holiday allowance, pension and travel allowance (for a distance of 10 km or more).
A contract of 7 months with fixed hours and 29 vacation days per year.

What you can do

At least 3 years of experience in a commercial store role, such as a sales assistant.
Good at managing others and setting an example for colleagues.
Flexible and also work evenings and weekends.
You speak fluent Dutch and manage perfectly well in English.
