Your availability

Working at AH to go at Amsterdam Sloterdijk means pace, teamwork and plenty of variety. You are available from 14:30 to 23:00 hours (closing shifts), and working weekends is a must (not both days every week). Your shift lasts a maximum of 8 hours.
Good to know: due to the nature of the work, it is important that you are at least 18 years old. At this location, you will work with a diverse team of Dutch- and English-speaking colleagues.

What will you do?

Do you like going the extra mile? Great! As a First Sales Assistant at AH to go Amsterdam Sloterdijk, you’ll have the opportunity to take responsibility and take your first steps towards a supervisory position. Together with your colleagues, you make sure travelers are helped quickly and catch their train with a smile.

You are the point of contact on the shop floor and keep an overview, even during the busiest moments of the day. You open or close the store, help at the checkout, bake off croissants and restock the shelves. In addition, you guide new colleagues and make sure the team works together smoothly.

• Closing the store
• Daily operational tasks such as creating break schedules and maintaining the store’s presentation
• Processing deliveries and keeping stock organized
• Being the point of contact for colleagues
• Training and guiding (new) employees
• You are at least 18 years old; this is related to the duties and working hours.

What we offer

• Are you 21 years or older? Then you earn € 14,99 gross per hour, excluding any allowances. Are you younger than 21 years? Then the youth wage according to the VGL CAO applies
• The possibility of getting a permanent contract after 7 months
