Job description Rostudios is a fast-growing international fitness and lifestyle brand, and we’re entering an exciting new phase of expansion. With 20+ new studios in the pipeline across Europe and a US launch on the horizon, we are looking for a Talent Coach who is eager and passionate about Rostudios. A people’s person who is dedicated to helping instructors become their best selves. As a Talent Coach you will provide training and development opportunities for current and new instructors and provide quality control. Your main responsibility is to enable the full potential of instructors by training them and helping them grow their talent. Together with the other Talent Coaches and the Studio Manager, you are responsible for the quality of the instructors team. As Talent Coach you will lead by example, and you will be able to provide insight in Talent Team needs and performance. This position reports directly to the Head Coach. Key Responsibilities Training and developing of instructor skills for both new and current instructors Be in the know of instructors' performance by actively attending classes on a regular basis Deliver feedback and technical performance evaluations to instructors in alignment with Rocycle standard Responsible for implementing extra training and development to instructors Discuss and identify instructor needs with the management and training teams and develop workshops to increase instructors growth and knowledge Ensuring safety practices and responsible use of equipment by instructors, reporting maintenance or service issues and helping to manage and solve them Your qualifications A natural leader, that puts the team first Great at providing feedback and developing the skills of others Able to give clear and fair evaluation of performance Excellent knowledge of reformer pilates or indoor spinning as well as the development of instructors Must have the ability to utilise discretion Hands-on and proactive attitude A positive and creative mindset with the ability to suggest improvements Must have a flexible schedule and be reachable/on-call for emergencies, including weekends and evenings Must have ability to travel Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) What we offer you Flexible working hours and autonomy in making decisions...
