Job description Hey there! Welcome, my name is Larissa, I am the Head of Concepts at Rostudios! We are looking for instructors to join the team in our studio and we are super excited to have you considering the ride of a lifetime with us. At Rostudios, we believe movement has the power to transform lives. With two concepts under our roof - Rocycle and Roform - we’re looking to connect with instructors who are excited about the opportunity to teach both formats. As a Rocycle instructor, you are creating that space for people. You encourage the room to challenge themselves physically and mentally, in a way that fits what they need from the room. We lead. Rocycle Training Programme We offer each instructor a training program, our training program is designed to give you the space to begin growing into the incredible rhythm cycling instructor we see in you. The training program will run approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the candidate’s prior experience and development pace. Training will take place in a group setting, while allowing for individual adjustments based on experience level. Sessions will be scheduled in structured morning and afternoon blocks on weekdays between 08:00–12:00 and/or 13:00–18:00, depending on studio availability and cohort needs. Exact training hours will be specified to you in the next steps of your application. The training program is divided into two stages: Online learning modules to learn the Rocycle craft completed at your own pace from home. Access to these will be given to you before the training begins. In studio training sessions, 2-4 times a week. This is where you will be riding, performing and workshopping to build your understanding of the Rocycle experience.
