Growth Marketer

Job description As the Growth Marketer at Rostudios - the world behind Rocycle and Roform - you will play a key role in accelerating our growth across both new and existing markets. You will own initiatives across our core growth pillars: Paid Advertising (Paid Social & Search), CRM & Email Marketing (including automation flows and newsletters), and Performance Optimization. You will be responsible for managing both customer acquisition and retention strategies, using data-driven insights to scale our community, maximize engagement, and increase customer lifetime value. Paid Advertising Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) aligned with commercial and brand objectives Monitor performance metrics and run regular reviews to assess effectiveness and opportunities for optimisation Manage campaign budgets to maximise ROAS and ensure efficient spend across markets Create seasonal asset briefs and collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging full-funnel campaign content Identify new paid media opportunities, testing platforms, formats, and targeting strategies to stay ahead of industry trends CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Develop and execute CRM strategies to strengthen customer relationships, grow the subscriber base, and drive retention Build segmentation strategies to deliver personalised and timely communications across the lifecycle Set up and optimise email automation flows (welcome, reactivation, loyalty) and targeted campaigns based on customer behaviour Collaborate with the brand marketing team on seasonal email calendars and creative direction Continuously test and optimise subject lines, content, timing, and targeting to improve open, click, and conversion rates Performance & Analytics Track and analyse KPIs across paid and CRM channels, making data-led recommendations to improve acquisition and retention Use insights to inform creative briefs, audience targeting, and budget allocation Provide regular performance reports to the wider marketing team, highlighting wins and areas for improvement Your qualifications 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or CRM Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) Familiarity with CRM/email marketing tool Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and reporting dashboards Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand values into high-performing campaigns Strong communication skills and the ability to work...
