Job description Rostudios is a fast-growing international fitness and lifestyle brand, and we’re looking for a motivated Construction Project Manager to join our Construction team during an exciting phase of expansion. With 20+ new studios in the pipeline and a US launch on the horizon, this is a unique opportunity to help shape our physical footprint across Europe and beyond. As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from feasibility to handover — ensuring every studio is delivered on time, on budget, and in line with our design and quality standards. You’ll work closely with Expansion and Operations teams, as well as external partners, to bring each new location to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys combining technical expertise, design awareness, and hands-on project management to create inspiring spaces that embody the Rostudios experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct feasibility studies and test fits for potential new locations Support site assessments and due diligence with the Expansion team (e.g. building condition, utilities, spatial constraints) Manage interior fit-out and renovation projects from design through completion Prepare and control project budgets, schedules, and tender documents Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality and design intent Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, brand standards, and sustainability goals Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout each project phase Your qualifications Degree in Architecture or a related field 1–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior fit-out or retail/hospitality/fitness projects Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Archicad, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus Strong technical understanding of construction details and building systems Excellent organizational and communication skills Flexible, highly structured and result-oriented Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus Willingness to travel across Europe for site visits Entrepreneurial, proactive attitude.
