VNOM is seeking a part-time customer service employee for home working. You will maintain contact with customers and ensure that questions and information are processed accurately. The work involves email, telephone and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions by telephone, email and chat.
- Process and follow up on orders.
- Handle and resolve complaints.
- Advise customers when making suitable product choices.
