DESAN Research Solutions is looking for call centre employees to conduct telephone surveys, with flexible shifts during the day, in the evenings and on Saturdays.

This role explicitly welcomes students and offers scheduling based on availability, including daytime, evening and Saturday work. No experience is required and internal training is provided. Applicants need at least mbo4 work and thinking level, must be at least 18 years old and must include a CV.

What will you do?

DESAN Research Solutions regularly conducts telephone surveys for various clients among consumers, businesses and organisations throughout the Netherlands.

Students and other workers are sought for daytime, evening and Saturday work. Daytime telephone surveys take place at the call centre near Sloterdijk Station in Amsterdam.

Motivated call centre employees with persuasive communication skills are needed immediately and should be focused on success. Interview experience is an advantage but is not required. Internal training is provided before you start.
