This position at Nederlandse Spoorwegen (NS) is at a Kiosk in Amsterdam Central Station's middle tunnel. You run your own shop at the station, with a flexible schedule, quick coffee, fresh sandwiches, and travelers as customers.

Your availability
Your schedule is flexible and coordinated with the branch manager. You work between 04:45 and 01:30 at the latest, in shifts of up to 8 hours. You must be flexibly available on weekdays for opening, intermediate, and closing shifts, and available for at least one weekend day.

You must be at least 18 years old because of the working hours and duties. You work with a diverse team of Dutch- and English-speaking colleagues. Dutch at level B1 is required for this position. If you are not there yet, further information is not provided.

What you will do

At Kiosk, you are almost your own boss. You run your own shop amid the activity of the station, on the platform or in the central hall. You prepare coffee and sandwiches, restock shelves and refrigerators, help customers quickly and kindly at the counter, and keep the Kiosk neat and welcoming. You also bake croissants and help customers with a hot snack for the journey.
