About the internship

Landal offers an HBO internship in Real Estate from its head office in Amsterdam. As a Real Estate intern, you join the Brokerage team and learn how the recreational property market works in practice. You support and guide the purchase and sale of recreational homes at Landal holiday parks in the Netherlands and abroad.

Your everyday tasks

You help the team with the practical work involved in selling existing recreational homes and new-build projects. By telephone, you identify the wishes of buyers and sellers and provide information about the recreational home, the structure of the park, costs and revenues. You help plan viewings and inform buyers about the available offer. At the instruction of and on behalf of clients, you conduct negotiations.

Commercial and administrative support

You keep turnover data up to date and prepare, draft and check commission invoices and start-up cost invoices. You also monitor option deadlines and the flow of information and communication between Landal, the different parks and departments, clients and third parties. These tasks combine commercial contact with careful administrative follow-up.

What Landal is looking for

• You are following an HBO programme in Real Estate, Estate Agency, Sales or another suitable field.
• You have experience with MS Office.
• You are proficient in Dutch and English, spoken and written; some German is an advantage.
• You are an adaptable all-rounder who enjoys guiding someone through the process, is eager to learn, can handle stress and likes variety.
• You are available for at least 32 hours per week for 6 months.

What Landal offers

Landal states that interns receive good guidance, room to develop and a gross internship allowance of € 500,- per month based on full-time availability. You can develop commercial and communication skills, gain practical experience in the purchase and sale of recreational property and have room to carry out your internship assignment.
