Role

As a weekend planner at Medewerkersindezorg.nl, you help keep healthcare staffing running on Saturday and Sunday. You monitor and coordinate the schedule, fill open shifts, match healthcare professionals based on role, experience and availability, and handle sickness reports, changes and unexpected situations. You are an important point of contact for healthcare professionals and clients.

You work one or two days per weekend between 06.30 and 16.30. This can be a full or half day. You do not have to work both Saturday and Sunday every weekend, but you must be structurally available for at least one weekend day. The roster is made jointly and well in advance, taking availability into account. The team is looking for approximately 3 to 4 weekend planners so that someone is present every Saturday and Sunday during the stated hours.

When planning allows, you also support recruitment by screening applicants by phone and, when needed, conducting intake meetings at the office. A shift can change quickly when several sickness reports arrive, so you keep an overview, set priorities and make sure everyone knows what to expect.
