What will you do as a sales assistant?
In this role, you are the main point of contact for customers in the store. You help ensure that they go home with the right products and a good feeling, and want to return. Your tasks include:
- Advising customers about products and applications
- Learning about materials and tools to improve your advice
- Keeping the store neat and well-organized
- Working with colleagues to put the customer first and make the store even more profitable
- Thinking about how to improve every day
What do you bring?
Experience in retail or construction is a plus, but not a requirement. We are mainly looking for:
- A willingness to learn and an interest in customer contact and collaboration for a better result
- An active attitude: asking questions and listening carefully to provide real help
- Some commercial drive
- Dutch-language proficiency and the ability to keep agreements
- Flexible availability during the day, in the evening and/or at weekends, by agreement
