Your activities as an Appointment Planner

  • Lead follow-up and cold outreach: Call cold and warm B2B leads daily, ask focused questions, identify needs and schedule qualified appointments for clients' sales teams.
  • Relationship building and communication: Speak with managers and directors, listen carefully, respond to their situation and provide professional, clear follow-up by phone, email and sometimes LinkedIn.
  • CRM and administration: Record conversations carefully in the CRM system, register appointments, notes and next steps, and ensure campaigns are measurable and results can be clearly reported.
  • Campaign analysis and identifying opportunities: Review which target groups and messages work well, share insights with colleagues and help make campaigns smarter and more effective.
