You have cared for others for many years. Now that you are retired, you decide how to spend your time. If you would still like to work in care occasionally, Medewerkersindezorg.nl offers shifts in Amsterdam for Helpende, Helpende Plus and Verzorgende IG professionals.

What is offered

• € 19,32 to € 26,71 gross per hour, including 8% holiday allowance and 8,33% year-end bonus, under the CAO VVT; an additional step is often possible;
• € 3.014 to € 4.166 gross per month based on 36 hours, including 8% holiday allowance and 8,33% year-end bonus, under the CAO VVT; an additional step is often possible;
• Complete freedom to choose your own shifts;
• No mandatory number of hours per week or month;
• Shifts at different care organisations;
• ORT when working irregular hours;
• Choice of weekly or four-weekly payment;
• Easy access to available shifts and scheduling through the app;
• Personal contact with the team.

Work

As a Helpende, Helpende Plus or Verzorgende IG, you provide the daily care and support associated with your role. Depending on the shift, you may work in somatic care, PG/dementia or rehabilitation.

You must still be physically able to perform the work properly. You must be able to carry out all duties and ADL activities associated with your role independently and responsibly.

Working hours and schedule

Through the flex pool, you can view available shifts in Almere and the surrounding area in the app and schedule yourself for a suitable shift. You can work every week, a few shifts per month, or take time off without scheduling shifts.

You decide where, when and how often you work.

Organisation

Medewerkersindezorg.nl works with different care organisations in Amsterdam and the surrounding area. They regularly have individual shifts available for experienced care professionals. You choose which shifts to take through the app. There is no mandatory number of hours.

Requirements

• A diploma as a Helpende, Helpende Plus, Verzorgende IG or Verpleegkundige;
• Experience in care;
• Physical ability to perform all duties and ADL activities associated with your role;
• Ability to perform your duties independently and responsibly;
• Good command of Dutch.
