Role
You choose how many hours you work, up to 16 hours per week. You scan all articles at the checkout, check that everything is safely loaded on the trolley, and use a good mood and personal attention to help make customers satisfied. You can work in the evenings and/or at weekends. There are no targets; you learn useful skills while getting to know the store and its range.

Pay and benefits
- All-in gross hourly wage between € 9,38 and € 20,24, including holiday allowance and holiday days.
- Sunday work is paid at 200%.
- A quarterly bonus is available when HORNBACH achieves a good result.
- An 8-month contract for a fixed number of hours per week, with the intention to continue afterwards.
- Travel reimbursement from 10 kilometres one way: second-class public transport costs or € 0,23 per kilometre by car, up to a maximum of 40 kilometres per day.
