What you will do

Would you like to truly be part of a close-knit team during your internship and gradually grow into more responsibility?

As a Consultant Intern at ASA Talent in Amsterdam, you will work in an involved and energetic team that focuses each day on connecting talent with suitable employers. Your day is varied: one morning you write a job vacancy, then you have telephone contact with candidates, and later in the day you think along about making processes smarter and more efficient. You receive intensive guidance, but also the space to work independently and take on more responsibility. As you grow, you join client conversations and learn how to align the expectations of clients and candidates.

What you will do:

You support recruitment and selection, from writing and posting vacancy texts to screening candidates.
You have daily contact with candidates by telephone, email and online conversations and keep them well informed about the progress of the process.
You think along about improvements to recruitment processes and contribute new ideas for reaching talent.
You help create content, such as vacancy emails and short texts for campaigns aimed at candidates.
You work closely with experienced consultants and gradually help build client relationships, with increasing client contact as you become more independent.
