Sales Assistant

GAMMA is looking for a part-time sales assistant at Amsterdam-W de Zwijgerlaan Compact. You help customers with DIY questions, advise them on products and applications, keep the store neat and build valuable work experience while learning on the job, also without prior experience.

Your tasks include advising customers, learning about materials and tools, keeping the store orderly, working with colleagues to put the customer first and help make the store more profitable, and thinking about daily improvements.

Retail or construction experience is a plus but not required. GAMMA seeks eagerness to learn, interest in customer contact and teamwork, an active attitude, some commercial drive, Dutch-language proficiency, reliability in keeping agreements, and flexible availability during the day, in the evening and/or at weekends, in consultation.

The gross salary is up to €2.578 based on 38 hours, depending on work experience and education.
