Part-time Parcel Delivery Driver – Light Electric Freight Vehicle

PostNL is offering part-time work as a parcel delivery driver using a light electric freight vehicle (LEVV). The city and province are not provided, and no application URL is provided.

Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Tasks: You collect, transport and deliver parcels in the city centre as sustainably as possible. At the depot, you load the LEVV and check it for damage, equipment and lighting. After speaking with colleagues, you set off; you may adjust the route and deliver an average of 140 to 200 parcels per day. You are active for 8 hours per day, repeatedly getting in and out of the LEVV while handling different parcels and consignments.

• Charge and keep the LEVV clean.
• Take care of the handheld terminal and hand truck.
• Scan shipments and load them into the LEVV.
• Load the LEVV at the LEVV depot.
• Process undelivered shipments administratively and hand them to the planning-desk employee.
• Arrange for remaining packages to be scanned.
• Maintain fleet administration, including driven kilometres, range and damage.

• You are 18 or older.
• You have a valid car driving licence that allows you to drive in the Netherlands and at least 3 months of driving experience.
