Part-Time Security Officer – Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Hospital

Workrate is looking for a part-time security officer for the specialised Antoni van Leeuwenhoek (AVL) hospital in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for the security of patients, visitors and employees and will work 8 to 16 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to incidents and emergencies.
• Help provide a safe working environment for staff and visitors.
• Monitor the premises using cameras and control rounds.
• Prepare reports in the company's systems.
• Be willing to walk a lot during work.
• Carry out reception duties, including professionally answering the telephone, receiving visitors and acting as the first point of contact.

What Workrate offers

• Salary of €17,36 - €21 per hour, excluding allowances.
• Evening allowance (10%), night-shift allowance (20%) and weekend allowance (35%).
• 25 holiday days based on full-time employment.
• Travel allowance in accordance with the collective labour agreement.

• An annual periodic salary increase.
• A BHV course.
• An employment contract for 1 year with the prospect of permanent employment.

Requirements

• A Beveiliger 2 diploma.
• Excellent Dutch and good English.
