B2B Sales Talent – Flexible Part-Time Job

The role

ASA Talent offers a flexible B2B sales part-time job at a fast-growing scale-up in Amsterdam. You represent different B2B companies in conversations with potential business customers, identify opportunities and turn promising discussions into concrete appointments for their sales teams. You organise your hours within office hours and monitor results.

Everyday work

Your work includes:

• Contacting warm and cold B2B leads and speaking with potential customers.
• Asking questions to discover business needs and opportunities.
• Turning interest into a concrete next step by booking qualified appointments.
• Recording conversations, appointments and follow-up steps in the CRM.
• Sharing which target groups and messages work well to improve campaigns.
• Balancing study, work and free time while planning your hours.

You develop your sales skills through professional and convincing commercial conversations: listening well, asking relevant questions and responding to what a potential customer needs. Guidance and feedback support your step-by-step development towards Business Developer.

Pay and benefits

ASA Talent offers:

• €17 per hour, with clear periodic increases.
• From 8 hours per week, with more hours possible when it suits you; the stated range is 8 to 20 hours per week.
• A part-time job contract with mainly remote work from home.
• 8% holiday allowance and accrual of holiday days.

Requirements

You are a driven Business Developer in the making who works independently, communicates clearly and gets energy from growth and results. ASA Talent asks for:

• Availability for 8-20 hours per week within office hours.
• Living in, or being well connected to, Amsterdam Zuid for office visits.
• At least havo working and thinking level and a willingness to learn.
• Some sales experience or knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Excellent Dutch, with strong telephone customer contact and writing skills.
• An independent, persistent approach and the ability to be an involved team player.

Team and application

You work in a young, enthusiastic and informal team where freedom and responsibility go together. Most work can be done from home.
