Work
After a long career in healthcare, you know the profession well. That knowledge and experience do not disappear when you retire.
As a Helpende, Helpende Plus or Verzorgende IG, you provide the daily care and support associated with your role. Depending on the shift, you may work in somatic care, PG/dementia care or rehabilitation.
You must still be physically able to carry out the work. You must be able to perform all duties and ADL activities associated with your role independently and responsibly.
Working hours
A major advantage of working through the flexible pool is the freedom.
Through the app, you can see available shifts in Almere and surroundings. If a shift suits you, you can schedule yourself.
Want to work every week? Fine. Prefer a few shifts a month? Also fine. If you go on holiday for a while or simply do not feel like working, you schedule nothing.
You decide where, when and how often you work.
