Recruitment Consultant Intern

What you'll do Do you want to truly experience what it's like to work in recruitment during your higher professional education internship in HR or business administration, right in the heart of Amsterdam and easily accessible by public transport?

At ASA Talent, you'll work as an intern consultant in an informal, professional team that connects talent with great employers. You work in the office, within walking distance of train, metro, tram and bus, and you receive an internship allowance of € 500 per month for full-time work, with flexible hours (32-40 hours per week).

You'll discover the entire recruitment process in practice: from vacancy to placement. You'll immediately apply what you learn in your HR, business administration or psychology studies and receive intensive guidance, so you quickly develop your conversation techniques, selection and stakeholder management skills. As you become more independent, you'll also get more client contact and responsibility.

There is also plenty of room to ask questions, think about improvements and try out your own ideas. This way, you'll build a solid foundation for a future role in HR, recruitment or talent development.

Your tasks as an Intern Consultant:

• Recruitment and selection:
• You write vacancy texts, actively search for candidates, screen CVs and conduct telephone intake interviews to determine whether someone is a good fit for the position and client.
• Candidate contact:
• You have daily contact with candidates by phone and email, inform them about the progress and guide them through the application process.
• Process improvement:
• You contribute ideas on how work processes can be made smarter and faster and suggest new ways to find talent.
• Content and campaigns:
• You help prepare vacancy emails and short texts for campaigns, so vacancies stand out to the right target group.
• Client relationships:
• You work with experienced consultants, gradually join client conversations and learn how to properly align the wishes of clients and candidates.

• You are an hbo student in HRM, Business Administration or Psychology.
• You have strong communication skills, by phone and email with candidates.
• You are proactive, independent and take responsibility for your tasks.
• You are interested in recruitment, selection, talent development and client contact.
• You are available in Amsterdam at least four days per week.
