The role
As a Working Student Recruiting (German speaking) you will support Picnic’s Analytics Recruitment team for 16–20 hours per week. This position is ideal for students curious about HR, talent sourcing, and recruitment operations. Daily responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and reaching out to candidates—using LinkedIn and other channels—to help fill analytics roles
- Keeping candidate pipelines moving and up to date so hiring stays efficient
- Helping organise and support recruitment events and on-campus activities
- Cooperating with recruiters to screen CVs and coordinate interviews
- Supporting ad-hoc recruitment projects that give you practical learning in hiring processes
What you’ll get
This is a paid, part-time role at €16 per hour. A laptop is provided. Hours are flexible (16–20 hrs/week) so you can balance classes and deadlines. The working language is English, with German skills valued for candidate outreach.
