What you will do

Would you like to be a true part of a close-knit team during your internship and gradually grow into more responsibility?

As a Consultant intern at ASA Talent in Amsterdam, you will work in a committed and energetic team that focuses every day on connecting talent with suitable employers. Your days are varied: one morning you write a job posting, then speak to candidates by phone, and later that day contribute ideas on how to make your processes smarter and more efficient. You will receive intensive guidance, as well as the space to work independently and gradually take on more responsibility. As you grow, you will join client meetings and learn how to properly align the expectations of clients and candidates.

What you will do:

• You will support recruitment and selection, from writing and posting job descriptions to screening candidates.
• You will have daily contact with candidates by phone, email and online conversations and keep them well informed about the progress of the process.
• You will contribute ideas for improvements in our recruitment processes and bring new ideas to the table for reaching talent.
• ️ You will help create content, such as vacancy emails and short texts for campaigns aimed at candidates.
• You will work closely with experienced consultants and gradually help build client relationships, with increasing client contact as you become more independent.

What we offer you

• Internship allowance of €500 per month with full-time commitment
• Part-time, 32 or 40 hours, with flexible working days by agreement
• Monthly payment of your internship allowance
• ️ Holiday allowance in accordance with the agreements with your educational program
• Intensive guidance, coaching, and room for development

What we ask of you

You are an eager HBO intern who wants to discover HR and recruitment in practice and is happy to take responsibility in an informal team.

• HBO student in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology
• Available at least 32 hours per week
• Able to work on site in Amsterdam every day, with good public transport access
• Strong in telephone and written communication, clear and friendly
• Proactive, independent, eager to learn, and interested in talent development
