HR & Recruitment Intern

What you will do During your internship, you will be fully involved in the recruitment team at ASA Talent in Amsterdam. No day is the same and you will quickly be given a lot of responsibility. You start the day by reviewing new applications and responses to vacancies you have written yourself. You then screen CVs, contact candidates and guide them through the application process.

In addition, you will be involved in:

• Writing and optimising job vacancy texts
• Screening and selecting candidates
• Maintaining contact with candidates by phone and email
• Supporting recruitment campaigns and talent pools
• Administrative processing in the recruitment system
• Contributing ideas for improvements to recruitment processes
• Working with experienced consultants and recruiters
• As you gain more experience, you will increasingly work independently and have the opportunity to join client meetings and actively help build client relationships.

What we ask of you We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn hbo student who gets energy from interacting with people and is keen to develop themselves within recruitment and HR.

You:

• Are pursuing a university of applied sciences programme, such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Psychology
• Are a strong communicator, both by phone and in writing
• Are proactive, independent and responsible
• Are interested in recruitment, HR and talent development
• Are available at least four days a week
• Live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area, or can easily travel to the office
