About the role :
As a Tech Support Specialist, you will become an expert in sophisticated retail pricing technology, addressing technical challenges and enhancing user experiences for English and German-speaking clients. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and collaborating with product and development teams to ensure seamless operations and superior customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing customer service effectively by resolving queries, bugs, incidents, and requests with high customer satisfaction.
Working to prevent churn and identify upsell opportunities.
Collaborating with teams to prioritise solutions and streamline product enhancements.
Monitoring data flows and conducting health checks on client portals.
Providing actionable feedback to improve product functionalities.
Leading initiatives that elevate both the partner company and customer experiences to new levels.
About you
Our partner is searching for a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach to problem-solving, ready to deep dive into the technology that drives their platform.
You should also bring:
0-3 years of experience in tech support, ideally in a similar industry.
Vocational study or a recent bachelor’s degree.
Based in or around Amsterdam.
Fluent in German and English.
A strong customer-oriented mindset.
