As a Retail BBL apprentice at our Coolblue store, you learn the trade while immediately gaining hands-on experience. You help customers with their questions and give advice they can really use. With your service, you make sure they leave the store feeling good. Meanwhile, you continue your training, immediately apply what you learn and, with the help of experienced colleagues, gradually grow into an independent retail professional.
What you do
- Work as a store employee while learning everything about our products and our mission: delighting customers.
- Advise customers with your (growing) product knowledge and by asking the right questions.
- Always offer suitable solutions, so every customer leaves the store with a smile.
- Improve processes in the store. For example, by thinking about how we can increase add-on sales.
- Challenge yourself with targets and take your sales skills to a higher level.
What you get
- A salary of €2.617,- per month based on 40 hours. Your salary increases every year.
- A flexible schedule. You arrange your own hours, so you have enough time to attend your lessons and complete school assignments.

What you can do
- Are following a BBL MBO 3 or MBO 4 programme in Retail Specialist or Retail Manager.
- Available for at least 3 full days per week. You work 8 hours per day.
- Speak and write Dutch well, so that you can help our customers as well as possible.
- Are able to empathise well with our customers and their (product) needs.
- Provide a Certificate of Conduct. We reimburse this. We also check all candidates in the FAD register.
