Community & Operations Internship

Build real experience while working in one of the most vibrant coworking communities in Amsterdam. As an intern at StartDock Amsterdam, you support daily operations, member experience, and community activities across inspiring locations in the city centre.

StartDock has several Amsterdam locations in highly attractive central areas, including Keizersgracht, Herengracht, Singel, and Prins Hendrikkade. These spaces combine historic character, strong transport access, calm working environments, and entrepreneurial energy.

As a student intern, you truly become part of the team. You help create a warm, social, and welcoming atmosphere for members, support the smooth running of the space, and take ownership of projects that help you grow professionally.

Every day is different. One moment you may organise a community drinks event, the next you may help with a social media campaign, and before the end of the day you make sure everything looks tip top. This gives you hands on exposure to facility management, hospitality, community building, customer experience, and operations.

Internships at StartDock are matched as much as possible to the wishes and interests of student colleagues. Projects can include sustainability, procurement, customer service, customer satisfaction, interior design, and space experience, while you also participate in daily operations.
