About the roleDuring your internship at Tempforce, you will dive into the full breadth of marketing. You will devise and create content, collect the best stories, and maintain the online visibility of our brands. You will get a lot of freedom and responsibility, but never without guidance. In short: the ultimate internship to prepare yourself for the marketing world after your studies.
What will you do?
- Brainstorm about content and campaigns for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create photo and video content (and edit it into something you are proud of).
- Write catchy texts for socials, websites, and other marketing communications.
- Collect candidate stories and use them online.
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts for our colleagues.
- Research which content performs well and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the online visibility of our various brands.
- Support other marketing projects.

About the companyTempforce is a young and fast-growing temporary employment and recruitment agency. Founded in late 2017 and active in logistics, retail, and customer service. We have clients throughout the Netherlands, with most clients at Schiphol. Our office is in Amsterdam, close to Sloterdijk/Isolatorweg station. Besides working hard, we think it is at least as important to do fun things together. Think of a party, dining out, going to the pub, karaoke, or laser gaming.
What we ask of you
- You are studying at HBO level (in the direction of Communication, Marketing, Creative Business, etc.);
- Internship period of at least 10 weeks, at least 3 days per week;
- You have a good command of the Dutch language;
- You are creative and get energy from marketing and social media.
What we offer you
- A fixed internship allowance of €400-€500 per month + a bonus of up to €500 per month;
- A nicely prepared lunch at the office;
