Looking for a fun challenge in a senior position and available early in the morning or late in the evening? At AH to go, you get the chance to carry responsibility at a renovated station! We are looking for new colleagues starting August 1st. From November, we are opening a brand-new store at Amsterdam-Zuid station. Before that time, you will be partially trained at an AH to go at another location in Amsterdam.
What will you do?
As First Sales Assistant, you take responsibility and take your first steps towards a managerial role. You ensure travelers are helped quickly and catch their train with a smile. You are the point of contact on the floor, open or close the store, help at the cash register, bake croissants, and restock shelves. You also guide new colleagues and ensure smooth teamwork.
- Opening and/or closing the store
- Daily operational tasks such as making break schedules and maintaining the store appearance
- Processing cargo and keeping stock in order
- Being the point of contact for colleagues
- Training and guiding (new) employees
Requirements:
- You are at least 18 years old (due to working hours and duties).
- Dutch at level B1 is required for this position.
- You can reach the location within 30 minutes without public transport.
What we offer:
- If you are 21 or older, you earn €14.99 gross per hour excluding any allowances. If you are younger than 21, the youth wage according to the CAO VGL applies.
- The opportunity to get a permanent contract after 7 months.
