What will you do?As a Retail Assistant, you are the point of contact for our guests. You welcome visitors with a smile, listen to their wishes, and help them find the right products. With your personal attention, product knowledge, and service, you ensure that every guest leaves the store with a good feeling. Your activities include:
- Welcoming and advising guests in a friendly manner;
- Inspiring with the latest collections, trends, and products;
- Guiding guests through the entire purchase process;
- Informing about the membership program and exclusive promotions;
- Ensuring a neat, tidy, and attractive store department;
- Collaborating with colleagues to create an optimal shopping experience every day.
