What you will do
Do you want to really participate in a close-knit team during your internship and grow step-by-step towards more responsibility? As an intern Consultant at ASA Talent in Amsterdam, you will work in a committed and energetic team that focuses daily on connecting talent to suitable employers. Your day is varied: one morning you write a vacancy text, then you have telephone contact with candidates, and later in the day you think about how your processes can be smarter and more efficient. You receive intensive guidance, but also the space to work independently and take on more and more responsibility. As you grow, you will join client meetings and learn how to properly align the expectations of clients and candidates.
What you will do:
- You support recruitment and selection, from writing and posting vacancy texts to screening candidates.
- You have daily contact with candidates via telephone, email, and online conversations and keep them well informed of the progress of the process.
- You think along about improvements in our recruitment processes and bring in new ideas to reach talent.
- You help create content, such as vacancy emails and short texts for campaigns targeting candidates.
- You work closely with experienced consultants and gradually help build client relationships, with increasing client contact as you become more independent.

- Strong in telephone and written communication, clear and friendly;
- Proactive, independent, eager to learn, and interested in talent development.
