What you will do
During your internship, you will fully participate within the recruitment team of ASA Talent in Amsterdam. No day is the same and you will quickly receive a lot of responsibility. You start the day by reviewing new applications and responses to vacancies you wrote yourself. Next, you screen CVs, contact candidates, and guide them through the application process.
In addition, you will focus on:
- Writing and optimizing vacancy texts
- Screening and selecting candidates
- Maintaining contact with candidates by phone and email
- Supporting recruitment campaigns and talent pools
- Administrative processing in the recruitment system
- Thinking along about improvements within recruitment processes
- Collaborating with experienced consultants and recruiters
As you gain more experience, you will get more independence and the opportunity to join client meetings and actively help build client relationships.

What we ask of you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn HBO student who gets energy from contact with people and wants to develop within recruitment and HR. You:
- Are following an HBO education, for example, HRM, Business Administration, or Psychology
- Are communicatively strong, both over the phone and in writing
- Are proactive, independent, and responsible
- Have an interest in recruitment, HR, and talent development
- Are available at least four days per week
- Live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area, or can easily travel to the office
